There is a great resource out there for parents.  It is called Elevate Family.  Because we currently use Elevate and Elevate Jr Curriculum’s in Kid’s ROCK, it is an awesome resource for our parents!  For more information about how to use this resource to partner with what your kids are learning in Kid’s ROCK check out Helen’s post here.

December 19th was our big Christmas Celebration and our Kid’s ROCK worship team was given the opportunity to be a part of “big church” that day.  They sang the song by Yancy “Merry Christmas, Happy Christmas” and did an amazing job. 

This team is made up of kids from 5th grade-middle school.  It has been incredible to watch this team learn and grow in their gifts and talents.  We meet bi-weekly to practice and they are always excited and willing to try anything.

I am proud of these girls and excited to see what God has for them.

Due to the continued rainy weather, the Christmas Caroling event that was planned for tonight at 6pm has been cancelled.  Have a restful, warm Sunday evening!
